J. David Andress is a 1999 graduate of LSU, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.  He graduated from LSU Law Center in 2002 and worked for small firms in both New Orleans and Baton Rouge before starting his own consumer bankruptcy firm in 2012.

David has spent his entire career assisting Louisiana individuals and businesses with debt and financial issues.  He has handled thousands of cases in the Bankruptcy Court, in addition to federal, state and appeals courts throughout Louisiana.

David lives in rural Louisiana with his wife and children.  He is an avid gardener and small scale farmer, part-time youth basketball coach and full time supporter of LSU athletics.
